Factores asociados a la percepción de la relación Anestesiólogo-Paciente en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo

Abstract

Durante la Practica de la Anestesiología, la buena relación entre el médico anestesiólogo y el paciente resulta ser de gran importancia, esto debido a que permitiría cumplir con los deseos y expectativas de los pacientes en resolver sus dudas, y en consecuencia, aumentar su confianza y cooperación del paciente, además de permitir de que el paciente conozca y entienda las funciones que cumple el medico anestesiólogo, durante un procedimiento quirúrgico. El grado de satisfacción de los pacientes con respecto a la atención recibida por su médico es crucial para poder tener un mayor acercamiento a la población, para dar a conocer su papel preponderante y la manera de como el anestesiólogo contribuye al minucioso cuidado y seguridad de los pacientes. Es importante saber que el desconocimiento de los pacientes con respecto a los procedimientos que realiza el anestesiólogo contribuye al miedo y ansiedad preoperatoria, muchos estudios realizados a nivel internacional revelan que los pacientes sienten miedo de morir o despertar durante la anestesia, de sentir dolor y tener náuseas en el periodo posoperatorio. El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en identificar los factores asociados a la percepción de la relación Anestesiólogo-Paciente en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo durante el periodo marzo 2020 hasta marzo 2021.

The present research work consists of identifying the factors associated with the perception of the Anesthesiologist-Patient relationship at the Hospital Belén de Trujillo during the period March 2020 to March 2021.
